Conflict Resolution Practice Areas.

Divorce Mediation

Divorce Mediation is a way to move forward in a neutral place and in a peaceful manner.

When parties agree in Mediation, they have a higher success rate following their Decree, compared to abiding by decisions a judge has made for you. By making your own decisions you can avoid difficult and disagreeable stipulations.

Our divorce mediation is conducted online via Zoom for convenience.

Family and Custody Mediation

Family and custody matters are often emotional and deeply personal. Mediation offers a respectful, confidential, and childfocused approach to resolving disagreements without the stress and expense of prolonged court proceedings.

At Middle Ground Mediation, we help parents and family members work together to develop practical solutions that meet the needs of everyone involved. Whether you’re creating a parenting plan, addressing child custody or visitation schedules, making decisions about co-parenting, or resolving other family-related disputes, mediation provides a safe and neutral environment where each person has the opportunity to be heard.

Our goal is to encourage open communication, reduce conflict, and help families reach fair, lasting agreements that prioritize the well-being of their children. By working together through mediation, families can build a stronger foundation for healthy communication and successful co-parenting in the future.

Employer/Employee Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that can help preserve personal and business relationships.

Workplace conflicts can impact communication, morale, productivity, and the overall success of a business. In a courtroom, the process is governed by the court’s rules and a judge will make the ultimate decision.

Employer/Employee mediation can provide a confidential and neutral setting where both parties can openly discuss concerns, improve communication, and work toward a mutual, beneficial, solution,
